Shipping
Where can I see my order status?
You will receive an email from us on placing your order and will receive another email notification with tracking details when your order ships. We endeavour to ship all products on the same day if your order is placed before 1pm weekdays Monday to Friday, excluding weekends. Otherwise we will ship your order on the next working day.
When will my order arrive?
Tracked delivery – usually takes between 2-5 working days
Next day service – next working day (UK only)
European service – usually takes between 3-10 working days.
International service - usually takes 7-10 working days.
Do you charge for shipping?
If you spend more than £50 then shipping is free within the UK.
UK Tracked 48 Delivery - £3.95
UK Next Day Delivery - £6.50
European Delivery - £12.00
International Delivery - £25.00
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the UK and to the following nations in Europe - please be aware all orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to a customs charge.
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
We also ship to the following international destinations;
Australia, Canada, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Norway and Switzerland.
Refunds
Do you offer refunds?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (including shrink wrapping, seals, etc). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us here, please provide us the order number in your message. If your return is accepted we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Twinge Limited must receive the returned item(s) no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning these goods. You may be liable if the value of the goods returned diminishes due to the handling of the goods (except when it was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods).

My product or item is faulty can I exchange it?
If you need to return a faulty item within the first 30 days, we will offer you an exchange, replacement or a refund. Please contact us with your request and order reference, we will then respond to assist you.
